Description

The four (4) projects include 1. Project # 1 Wrought Iron Perimeter Fencing, approx. 1,577 LF, sliding gates, pedestrian gates and cement track. 2. Project # 2 Removal and installation of main activity room flooring, approx. 4,080 SF of commercial grade wood flooring materials. Demo, removal and disposal of existing floor, and all labor, equipment and materials for new flooring. 3. Project # 3 Restroom remodel, complete remodel of three (3) existing restrooms, install new floors, wall tile, partitions, toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, towel dispensers, mirrors, fixtures and hardware. 4. Project # 4 Replacement of facility doors, removal and installation of 64 mid to high exterior and interior doors, and one main storefront double glass door with auto open hardware, includes all materials, doors, equipment, and installation labor, removal of old doors. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. There are four (4) distinct improvement projects that are available for bidding, contractors may submit bids for a single or multiple projects, but they MUST be separate, standalone, independent, and full proposal bids for each.
