BANKS COUNTY, GEORGIA BID NO: 226-0121-01 INVITATION TO BID RESURFACING OF EMORY CHAMBERS RD Sealed Bids, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for approximately 2.40 miles of recycled asphaltic concrete resurfacing on EMORY CHAMBERS RD will be received by the Owner at the Banks County Commission Office located at 150 Hudson Ridge, Suite 1, Homer, Georgia 30547, until 9:00 A.M., local time, on January 21st, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of the following major elements: Approximately 2.40 miles of patching, recycled asphaltic concrete resurfacing, striping and shoulder filling on EMORY CHAMBERS RD. All work shall be completed in accordance with Plans, Special Provisions, and the latest edition of the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, applicable Supplemental Specifications, and the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). The work will be awarded in one Contract.
