Description
Sealed bids for construction of the AMR System Conversion will be received until Thursday, February 19th, 2025 at 11:00 AM local time at the Fargo City Hall/Suwannee River Visitor Center Administration Building, 11 Suwannee River Drive, P.O. Box 387, Fargo, Georgia 31631. Work to be done shall consist of providing all appurtenances and performing all labor to provide an AMR system including installation of +/- 211 AMR meter registers and transmitters, perform service line verification via visual inspection, and install +/- 526 L.F. of Construction Mesh Fencing. Also included within this contract is to furnish all labor and technical support associated with furnishing a laptop computer for data collection, back-up meter reading equipment, software, set-up, training, and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications. The work will have a total contract time of 90 days and will be awarded in one (1) Contract. This project is funded in part or in whole by GEFA DWSRF monies. This project will be required to comply with all applicable Federal Requirements. Full Advertisement is attached
