Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education is soliciting for the submittal of qualification statements from experienced Engineering Firms interested in providing construction administration and contract documentation for Roof Replacements at Starmount Elementary School located at 1600 Brookdale Avenue, Charlotte NC 28210 and Olympic High School located at 4301 Sandy Porter Rd. Charlotte, 28273. Proposals can be requested via email to yolandas.fergerson@cms.k12.nc.us or downloaded from /www.cmsk12.org/operations-overview/operations-support-services beginning October 20, 2025. Proposals will be due NLT 2PM on November 3, 2025 by mail or hand delivered only to 3301 Stafford Drive Charlotte, NC 28208. Proposals received after this date and time Will be returned unopened.
