Description
The State of Washington, Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) intends to post an RFQQ for Network Administrator contract for family time visitation and combined in-home services for all the counties in easter Washington state.This Competitive Solicitation is issued in order to assist the Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) in seeking qualified Contractor(s) to provide Network Administration. Specifically, our program will provide the following:Family time visitation and Combined In-Home servicesResponders must meet the following minimum qualifications:Responders must:Must be licensed to do business in the State of Washington or provide a commitment that it will become licensed in Washington within thirty (30) days of being selected as the Apparent Successful Bidder (ASB).Must submit documentation or a plan to have a physical location/office space within the region(s) you are going to provide services.Provide a detailed budget (using the template provided) showing how the Network Administrator (NA) allocated funds will be used to provide the administration functions, deliverables and FTE outlines in the sample contract.Must have three (3) years of experience working with families from a variety of cultures and communities. Please submit evidence of your history working with families from various cultures and communities.Must have three (3) years of recent experience (within last 5 years) providing oversight to the client services known as Family Time / Visit Services and or Combined In-Home Services. Please provide evidence of your contract history with these services.The RFQQ will be issued on or about January 16, 2026 and responses will be due March 17, 2026. On the date indicated, DCYF shall post the RFQQ, Sample Contract, and any attachments and amendments relating to the RFQQ, on Washington’s Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS). WEBS can be accessed at:https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/webs/.All Responders must register as a vendor on WEBS, using an appropriate commodities code listed in the RFQQ, and must download the RFQQ and any attachments from WEBS. This should be done as soon as possible in order for responder to receive notifications automatically generated on WEBS.
