FUEL SUPPLIER REQUEST FOR PRICE QUOTATIONS

I. PROJECT BACKGROUND The City of Burlington’s Airport seeks quotes from vendors for a new _5_ year (60 month) price contract to supply and maintain fuel inventories at two locations, according to the specifications set forth in the following Scope of Work. The chosen vendor will be expected to supply as much fuel as the City requests at the agreed upon price, for the duration of the contract. Price quotations shall be considered valid for 180 days of receipt by the City. II. SCOPE OF WORK Quantity: Average of 30,000 gallons of diesel and 142,000 gallons of unleaded per year, 4000 gallons non-ethanol gasoline. Criteria: Fuel to be delivered 55 Customs Drive South Burlington, Vermont 05403 (Annual avg. 21,000 gal/diesel, 4,000 nonethanol gasoline) UST size 10,000 gallon diesel, 2,000 gallon gasoline 1378 Airport Drive South Burlington, VT 05403 (Regular Unleaded annual avg. 140,000 gal) in UST size 15,000 gallon. C. Exceptions: Any exceptions to the above specifications need to be explained and proposed alternatives provided. D. Terms of Delivery: F.O.B. place of delivery. Fuel must be delivered to each location within 36 hours of placing order
