Architecture, Engineering, Facility Master Planning & Assessment Service (Request for Qualifications)

Architectural and engineering firm (Consultant) to support a comprehensive facility master planning effort. Services may include, but are not limited to, assessment of existing facilities and building systems, identification of repair, renovation, and replacement needs, development of projected replacement timelines and long-term capital budget projections, evaluation of potential additions or modifications to existing facilities, and support for the phased implementation of projects as outlined in the final Facility Master Plan. The Consultant may also assist the District with communication and community engagement efforts related to facilities planning and future capital initiatives. The purpose of the Facility Master Plan is to provide a comprehensive, fact-based planning tool to support future facility-related decision-making in alignment with the District’s academic mission. The Facility Master Plan shall establish a logical and data-informed course for capital improvements, facility management initiatives, and long-term investment planning over a minimum ten (10) year horizon. The plan shall function as a living document that supersedes previous facility planning frameworks and may be reviewed and updated on a regular cycle to reflect changing conditions, priorities, and resources.
