Qualified developers, with proven experience and expertise, to develop a landfill gas to energy (LFGTE) project for commercial and beneficial use of landfill gas (LFG) generated. See attached file for full scope. Questions Due Date Friday, October 22, 2025. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
