2026 Various Concrete Reconstruction (VCR)

The Village of Streamwood is seeking bids for the2026 Various Concrete Reconstruction (VCR). Bids aredueno later than2:00 pm on February 24, 2026, at 565 S. Bartlett Road, Streamwood, IL  60107.For plans & specifications, please contact Public Works at (630) 736-3850. Plans and specifications will be delivered electronically.All bidders must comply with all applicable Illinois laws including requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works.  Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunities Laws.The scope includes the following major pay items: 13,000 LF of C&G, 27,500 SF PCC SIDEWALK R&R, 1400 SF of 6” PCC DRIVEWAYS, 50 FT of 12” Storm Sewer pipe, 200 FT of 15” Storm Sewer pipe, and other appurtenances.IDOT prequalification is a prerequisite for issuance of any proposal forms. Plans and Specifications will be available beginning February 10, 2026.
