Description

CDBG residential rehabilitation project. This project involves code compliance repairs and upgrades to a single-family residence, including but not limited to roof structure repair/replacement, window replacement to meet egress requirements, electrical panel replacement, safety improvements, and related health and environmental remediation. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. SDVOB Goal 10.00%; Total MWBE Goals 20.00% DBE Goal 10.00%.
