Demolition and modification of an existing office space. The project includes: Demolition and removal of a non-structural partition wall, metal door, and window assembly; Reconstruction of the wall with proper patching, texture, and finish painting to match existing office aesthetics; Installation of a new electrical outlet and reconfiguration of ceiling lighting for consistent operation.
