Asphalt Paver

Sealed bids will be received by the Burke County Board of Commissioners at the Burke County Courthouse, 602 Liberty Street, Waynesboro, Georgia 30830, Attn: Merv Waldrop, until 12:00 PM (Noon) on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, for the purchase of one (1) asphalt paver meeting the following minimum specifications: an operating weight of at least 21,000 lbs and a maximum paving width of 17¿ 8¿ with a 4-element electric heated screed featuring thermostatic control and a screed weight minimum of 3,700 lbs; folding wings for easy clean out; diesel engine with at least 120 HP; three-speed hydrostatic drive; automatic track tensioning; steel tracks with Polly Pads; electric height adjustment; and a steering wheel. Bids must include all operators, repair, and service manuals in paper form, as well as all warranty information and the delivery timeframe with bid submission. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: "ASPHALT PAVER BID - ROADS AND BRIDGES - November 5, 2025." Late bids will not be accepted.
