Data Center Development - Town of Bennett (RFQ)

DESIGN/BUILD design, build, and operate a data center. Conducting thorough environmental assessments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while preserving the integrity of our natural surroundings. Managing the entitlement and permitting processes, in coordination with the town's planning and building department, to achieve a smooth and efficient path to site readiness. Performing civil engineering studies to design infrastructure components such as roadways, stormwater systems, utility lines, and site grading plans.
