Description

Work includes walls - painting, batt insulation, drywall installation, finishing and prep; finished carpentry w/painting doors, windows; HVAC - duct work and wrap replacement as needed, unit cleaning and testing; windows and doors - repair and/or replacement; painting/sealing - clean floor underlayment, sealing, prepping; flooring and base;. Ceiling - suspended systems; electrical and lighting. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
