Provide professional engineering services for the urban water management plan project; services required for developing the 2025 uwmp update and wscp will include but are not limited to data collection and analysis; write-up(s) of required sections; data presentation; preparation of draft and final reports; and development, documentation, and coordination of information with city staff, dwr, and outside agencies.
