Portable changeable message sign (ls); 20 CY roadway excavation; maintain existing planted areas; check and test existing irrigation facilities; 0.2 ton hot mix asphalt (Type A). This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. 3% DVBE Requirement. SBE - 5%.
