In accordance with 17 AAC 42.400 (a) – The following should be published: September 9, 2025 through October 9, 2025 (30 days) in the Alaska Online Public Notice System.NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation andPublic Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to executeSuccessive Land Lease ADA-32675, as follows: LESSEE: Swissport USA Inc. PREMISES: Block 0005, Lot012 (51,750 Sq Ft) LEASE TERM: Five (5) years. LEASE RENTAL RATE: $9,315.00 annually ($0.18 persquare foot x 51,750 square feet). AUTHORIZED USES: The premises will be used for operation andmaintenance of an Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Repair and Maintenance Facility; Operation,maintenance, and storage of ground service equipment; Incineration of international waste in compliance with applicable regulations; Installation and operation of fuel pumps for refueling ground service equipment; Storage and handling of deicing equipment and materials; Fuel storage in accordance with airport safety and environmental standards.This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Leasing Office of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, located in Room C3980 on the third floor of the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.
