Description

Installation of Solar PV system at multiple locations that will meet an energy demand of approx. 7 MW, with an optional BESS to store excess energy for peak demand periods. The scope also includes the installation of dual EV charging stations to serve CVWD fleet, employees and customers. Mandatory prebid was held on Aug 18, 2025. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Q&A due by 08/25/2025 4:00 PM. Addendum #1-2 and Q&A #1 issued.
