Description

DESIGN/BUILD services for an irrigation pump. The primary focus of the RFP is to plan and design the pump, pumphouse, and irrigation connections and then develop a guaranteed maximum price for the services including engineered, stamp permit plans, permitting, bidding and procurement, construction, installation, construction administration, and closeout, as outlined in section II. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM MT at Riverdale Regional Park located at 9755, Henderson, Brighton, Colorado 80601. Q&A deadline October 24, 2025 at 4:00 PM MT. Submit questions to kdierking@adamscountyco.gov. Term This is a one-year agreement with the option of two one-year renewals. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
