Description
The contractor shall provide the following services Initial Site Visit and Inspection Conduct an on-site inspection of the REPFAC, including all accessible areas of the structure (e.g., foundation, framing, floors, walls, ceilings, attic, and crawl spaces). Document the observed sagging in the floors and cracking in the drywall, including measurements, photographs, and notes. Identify any visible signs of structural distress, material degradation, or other contributing factors. See attached file.
