All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date. Vendors must provide their certified Ohio MBE/EDGE vendor number and the expiration date of their MBE/EDGE certification on the bid. UNSPS codes for MBE certification should be consistent with the products being requested in this solicitation.Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
