2026 AMP14 - Center Street Comprehensive Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation of approx. 859 sanitary sewer service laterals with cured-in-place liner, replacement of 172 laterals with excavation, 12,838 LF of 8" and 12" mainline cured-in-place liner, 756 vertical feet of manhole rehabilitation, 27 internal sectional liners, 636 LF of 8" sanitary sewer replacement, asphalt paving and restoration work. Mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via a virtual video conference on Wednesday, December 03, 2025, at 2:00 PM. This pre-bid conference is mandatory for all contractors planning to submit a Bid Proposal on this project.
