Bunker Hill Elementary School Modernization

Design build for modernization of elementary school; including, but not limited to, temporary utilities, public art installation, furniture, fixtures, equipment and coordination, move-in logistical support for a fully functional turn-key (ready for immediate use) project; provide all design, construction, and construction management services necessary to implement the goals of the project inclusive of, but not limited to, the following (i) civil, architectural, electrical, structural, low voltage, and mechanical design services as required for the project; and (ii) construction management services inclusive of budgeting, value engineering; furnish and provide all materials, management, personnel, equipment, hazardous material abatement, supervision, labor and other services necessary to complete the project.
