Berlin Safe Routes to School Project

To engage the services of a consulting engineering firm to provide engineering services for the preparation The project will construct approx 9,100 LF of 5' wide concrete sidewalk along project streets. The work will also include sidewalk ramps, curbing, culvert extension, retaining walls, signs and pavement markings. The project is located on six streets. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Various lOcations Lower Lane from Norton Road to Meadow Lane for a distance of 4,300 feet. 2. Main Street from Grove Street to Chestnut Lane for a distance of 1,100 LF. 3. Meadow Lane from No. 53 to Lower Lane for a distance of 1,100 LF. 4. Peter Parley Row from Lower Lane to Sage Drive for a distance of 800 feet. 5. Toll Gate Road from No. 22 to No.50 for a distance of 500 LF. 6. Worthington Ridge from No.1142 to No. 1230 for a distance of 1,000 feet and from No.684 to Mill Street for a distance of 300 LF for a combined total of 1,300 LF. DBE 7%. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted via the Town’s e-Procurement Portal, located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/berlinct and will be accepted until 1:00 pm on October 10, 2025 and responses will be posted via addendum by 2:00 pm, October 16, 2025.
