REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 2025–2026 DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS OPEN NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSCITY OF SANTA FE, TEXASRFP NO. 2026-02     2025–2026 DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS Notice is hereby given that the City of Santa Fe, Texas will receive sealed bids for RFP No. 2026-02, 2025–2026 Drainage Improvement Projects, consisting of multiple drainage, culvert, and crossover improvements at various locations throughout the City. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) on Wednesday, March 16, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Santa Fe City Hall, located at 12002 State Highway 6, Santa Fe, Texas 77510. The City intends to evaluate each drainage project separately and may award one, several, or all projects to one or more contractors based on best value, as authorized by Texas Local Government Code Chapter 252. Bid documents, including detailed scopes of work and submission requirements, may be obtained from the City Secretary’s Office or as otherwise provided by the City. All bidders are responsible for reviewing the complete RFP package and any addenda issued.
