Bids must be made in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Town laws andregulations and must comply in all respects with the instructions, conditions, specifications and otherrequirements in the Invitation for Bid packages. Prevailing State Minimum Wage Rates must be complied withas per MGL Ch 149 section 26-27d. These wage rates are contained within the contract documents.Bid packages can be obtained from the Department of Public Works, Town Hall, 240 Springfield Street,Wilbraham, MA 01095 (413-596-2800 x208) on Thursday January 8, 2026. Bids must be in sealed, opaqueenvelopes shall be marked "2026 Water Pump Stations Instrumentation and Communication Service” anddelivered to the above address by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday January 29, 2026 where they will be publicly openedand read aloud by the Chief Procurement Officer.See more information here.
