Brunswick HVAC System Replacement (RFQ)

The purpose of this project is to remove and replace three existing HVAC systems with new, fully operational systems that meet applicable codes, design requirements, and manufacturer specifications. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. All other questions concerning this eRFQ must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Lisa Gunthorp at lisa.gunthorp@dds.ga.gov. Question writing due by 02/24/2026 1:00 p.m. ET. The initial term of the contract(s) is for One (1) calendar year(s) from the execution date of the contract(s). The State Entity shall have Four (4) one (1) year option(s) to renew.
