Description

Improvements to the existing site include a section of reconfigured parking lot with new proposed islands, concrete curbs, concrete steps, and block walls. The remainder of the existing parking lot will be mill and overlay. Work also includes 1 LS clearing and grubbing; 11 EA trees removed, 18"; 2,492 SY pavement removed; 33 sf concrete walk removed; 1,146 SY temporary seeding and mulching; 266 CY bituminous aggregate base ; 7 CY aggregate base, as per plan; 3,195 gal tack coat; 6,000 gal chip and seal bituminous material. See attached file. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
