Description

The purpose of the RFP is to contract with a company or corporation for the collection of current and/or previous collections of outstanding violation fees.Vendors must submit four (4) copies of their proposal:  three (3) complete paper copies with original Vendor signature, and one (1) complete copy on USB Flash Drive.   The proposal must be formatted in accordance with the instructions of this RFP.  Promotional materials may be attached, but are not necessary and will not be considered as meeting any of the requirements of this RFP.  Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked “Mendocino County RFP No. 005-26”, and delivered by 2:00 p.m. February 26, 2026 to:Mendocino CountyPlanning & Building ServicesAttn: Danielle Fitts860 N.
