IT Projects

The City of Madison Purchasing Services is soliciting bids (RFB-14069-0-2025/bjp) for IT Projects. The purpose of this Request for Bids (RFB #507022) is to establish a contract for a broad range of IT-related products and services. The scope of the project encompasses, but is not limited to: communication and telecommunication cable and wire (including fiber), control cable and wire, high voltage cable and wire, tools and supplies for copper and fiber optic wiring systems, data and voice wiring services, optical scanning services, CAT scanning systems, scanning and testing for electrical hot-spots, electrical maintenance and repair services (including wiring), wiring devices, and locks and keys. Key requirements include the provision of these materials and/or services. Bids are due by September 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
