Description
The St. Lucie County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller (“Clerk”) is undertaking a grant-funded initiative to preserve and improve access to historic Official Records through digital indexing and integration with the Clerk’s existing Official Records system. This project is supported by a Small Matching Grant from the Florida Department of State, Division of Historical Resources. The Clerk seeks qualified vendors to create searchable index data for scanned Official Records (dating through 1985) and to integrate the resulting data with the existing system in partnership with Harris Recording Solutions (“Harris”)
