Description

The project consists of construction of an outdoor pavilion with a plaza, concessions building (Bid alternate), and site improvements. The work consists of, but is not limited to, site work, utilities, stormwater, paving, new construction for the pavilion and concessions building, concrete, standing seam metal roof, conventional steel fabrication and erection, signage, utilities, unit masonry and masonry veneer, aluminum framed storefront, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and landscaping. The project is located 300 E Hines Street, Republic, Missouri 65738 in Greene County, Missouri. Missouri Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to the work
