Description

Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC (“Stadium Manager”) is soliciting proposals from qualified licensed General Contractors (“Proposers”) to provide all labor, materials, tools, permits, and equipment necessary to provide “as-needed” repair, restoration, and maintenance services on various system components at Levi’s Stadium (“Stadium”). The Proposers must be qualified and capable of handling a wide range of specialized construction projects that are unique to an open-air commercial building like an open-air sports stadium. Stadium Manger intends to issue contract awards to multiple Proposers. A detailed Scope of Services is provided in Attachment A
