Alaska Standard Time, September 3, 2025. Information on submitting proposal can be found in the attached RFP. Late proposals will be rejected.Pre-proposal Teleconference: A pre-proposal teleconference will be held at 09:30 A.M., Alaska Standard Time, on August 21, 2025. The purpose of the Teleconference is to discuss the work to be performed with the prospective offerors and allow them to ask questions concerning the RFP.
