Briarwood Subdivision Phase 1

SEALED PROPOSALS FOR BRIARWOOD SUBDIVISION PHASE I will be received by the City of Moultrie, Georgia, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at the Downtown Moultrie Welcome Center, 31 East Central Ave., Moultrie, Georgia, at which time the proposals shall be publicly opened and read. THE WORK TO BE DONE consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the Briarwood Subdivision Phase I, as shown on the plans. More specifically, the work consists of site land clearing, storm water pipes, catch basins, water mains, sanitary sewers, grading, basing, curb & gutter, asphalt, and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and construction drawings. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for this project will be held at 2:00 PM, local time, Tuesday, January 20, 2026, in the Downtown Moultrie Welcome Center, 31 East Central Ave. Plans, Specifications, and Documents can be obtained from the City Engineering Dept. located at 200 1st N.E., Moultrie, GA, (229) 668-0030, email: melissa.reed@moultriega.com, for Three Hundred dollars ($300.00) for each set of documents
