The City of Oregon City (hereinafter referred to as “City”), through the Public Works Department, is requesting proposals from firms (hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant") that are interested in providing professional engineering and construction management services to the City for the McLoughlin Neighborhood Waterline Replacement Project - WIFIA 2-4 (CI 25-006) (hereinafter referred to as the "Project")
