Work includes site grading, fencing, roadways, parking areas, walkways, site utilities, and construction of cemetery, administration, and maintenance facilities. The contract includes six (6) additive alternates for construction of various facility components described in the specifications and drawings.A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:00am on Friday August 8, 2025 at the project location (7229 Dehalden Lane, Salcha, AK 99714). Bidders intending to participate are requested to notify the Project Manager, Lauren Staft, at (907) 451-5424 or lauren.staft@alaska.gov at least 48 hours in advance.The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
