The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College for a Classroom Renovation project at their Marietta Campus location in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. The Chattahoochee Technical College Marietta Campus is located at 980 South Cobb Drive, Marietta, GA 30060. This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: Chattahoochee Technical College (CTC) will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Marietta Campus on August 4, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. EST to discuss the Scope of Work associated with this project.
