The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Chattahoochee Technical College for a Roof Replacement project at their North Metro Campus location in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. Chattahoochee Technical College North Metro is located at 5198 Ross Road Acworth, GA 30102. This project has been posted as an electronic bid event within the Team Georgia Marketplace system. The project plans, supplemental information and drawings are attached to the bid event. MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE: The College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their North Metro Campus on August 4, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. EST to discuss the Scope of Work associated with this project.
