The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract to upgrade the emergency power feeders and electrical panels at the Public Safety Building, 1000 55th Street, Kenosha WI 53140 and the Kenosha County Detention Center, 4777 88th Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53144
