NOTICE OF MEETINGALASKA SUSTAINABLE ENERGY CORPORATIONBOARD OF DIRECTORS - REGULAR MEETING THE ASEC BOARD OF DIRECTORS will meet at 9:30 a.m. on August 27, 2025 in the Quarter Deck at Land’s End, 4786 Homer Spit Rd, Homer AK 99603. We would like to invite members of the community to join board members and staff for a breakfast held at Land’s End from 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. prior to the start of the ASEC board meeting and AHFC annual board of directors meetingThe AGENDA will include: A. Consideration of a Resolution to Authorize a Loan Agreement with Coalition for Green Capital.; B. Board Committee Reports; C. Any other matters to come before the board. ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).
