Description

The Children and Family Services (CFS) Division of the Ramsey County Social Services Department is seeking one or more Contractors to provide emergency stabilization shelter for high-risk youth. This solicitation may result in multiple contracts and there is no guarantee that awarded contracts will result in youth shelter placements
