Disaster Recovery, Remediation & Services

The intention of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses for Disaster Recover, Remediation Emergency Services. Katy ISD is utilizing the Request for Proposals (RFP) method for the procurement of this service in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031 Purchasing of Contracts, Subsection (a)(3) Request for Proposals. Additionally, services sought by this RFP may be required during a federally declared disaster, any contract(s) awarded as a result of this RFP shall conform to the Uniform Guidance (also known as the Education Department General Administration Regulations (EDGAR)), 2 C.F.R. § 200.317 through 200.326 and Appendix II. Product(s) and/or services considered for the award shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local technical, environmental, and performance standards and specifications.
