A description of the required trade work is as follows: BIM Coordination, Concrete, Tilt Wall, Masonry, Steel Trusses, Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry, Roofing, General Trades, Flooring, Casework, Drywall, Painting, Survey & Layout, Sitework, Stone Columns, Underground Utilities, Landscaping, Fencing, Fire Sprinklers, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical. All trades must meet minimum requirements including but not limited to providing references to 3 projects of similar nature in the last 5 years & references with contact information for those projects.
