The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Vocational Rehabilitation Division (VRD) is seeking bids for an automated Human Resources management tool that leverages extensive workforce data combined with powerful analytics resources to help meet their compliance commitments. TWC requires a solution that can deliver robust HR tools. It provides the largest, most comprehensive coverage of employers for purposes of efficiently providing VR counselors with a means of verifying customer employment while doing so in a manner that respects and protects the customers' confidentiality and status as an eligible recipient of VR services.PHS will administer the procurement process for this Solicitation, which includes Solicitation publication, handling of communications from vendors, as well as managing the receipt of Proposals for review and evaluation.Information regarding TWC and its programs is available online and can currently be accessed at www.twc.texas.gov
