Request for Qualifications for Construction Management at Risk Services for the Village of Westmont New Fire Department Headquarters Station 183

The Village is seeking CMAR services in connection with the construction of a new Village Fire Station Headquarters 183 located at 6015 S. Cass Avenue, Westmont, Illinois (the “Project”). This new Fire Station Headquarters 183 will replace the existing Village Fire Station Headquarters 183 at the same location, which will be demolished. The new Village Fire Station Headquarters 183 will consist of a new 30,000 square foot building. It will include 5 drive-thru apparatus bays, administrative offices, sleeping and living quarters, turnout gear storage room, decontamination room, tool storage room, public and private bathrooms, a training room, and traditional support spaces associated with fire stations. The proposed start date for construction is Spring/Summer 2026. The Village has preliminarily estimated that the complete cost of construction for the Project is approximately $25,000,000
