Levi’s Stadium Mechanical and Plumbing Maintenance and Repair Services

Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC (“Stadium Manager”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing maintenance and repairs on an “as needed” basis pursuant to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The purpose of this RFP is to establish a qualified, experienced bench of contractors to provide mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing maintenance and repair services at the Stadium on an as needed basis. The Proposers must be qualified and capable of handling a wide range of mechanical (HVAC) and plumbing repairs. The Proposers that are selected for this work will be available for maintenance and repair assignments at Levi’s Stadium, which will be communicated using a separate Task Order for each discrete assignment.
