Description
The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable the University of Central Florida (UCF) to enter into an agreement with a Supplier to design and implement a structured Kaizen Teian within the Facilities and Business Operations Division, encompassing approximately 900 employees. The Supplier will be responsible for developing the program structure, training and certifying internal Kaizen trainers, facilitating full-division rollout and employee training, and supporting cultural integration of continuous improvement through coaching, progress tracking, and long-term sustainment strategies. The program must include a system for idea submission, review, implementation, follow-up, and lateral deployment, along with tools to measure participation, savings impact, and engagement. UCF seeks a partner experienced in enterprise-level cultural transformation and Lean systems implementation in complex operational environments
