Project Management and Administration of FEMA Public Assistance Program for Menard County, TX

The firm shall perform services in accordance with the detailed Scope of Services attached hereto as Exhibit A. Services include, but are not limited to: • Advising and assisting with FEMA PA program compliance and eligibility • Supporting project formulation, damage assessment, and PW preparation • Attending meetings with FEMA, TDEM, and insurance representatives • Identifying operational risks to maximizing FEMA reimbursement • Document control and audit readiness • Reimbursement requests and financial tracking • Assistance with project extensions, amendments, appeals • Coordination with engineering, permitting, and debris monitoring efforts • Developing hazard mitigation and alternate/improved project proposals The selected firm shall comply with all applicable federal procurement standards and FEMA Public Assistance Program guidelines, including 2 CFR Part 200
