The City of Evanston’s Capital Planning and Engineering Bureau of the Evanston Department is seeking proposals from experienced firms for: Professional engineering services for the inspection and evaluation of existing fire protection systems, including alarm and suppression, at the Evanston Water Plant (Water Plant) and subsequent development of a master plan to unify and expand upon the existing systems
